Shawn, they both have black eyes that is the first clue to Percula or Ocellaris, Ocellaris have totally black eyes and Percula's have orange around the black pupil.
Maybe a mix of a black and normal ocellaris? I have 2 juvenile black ocellaris and they're a tinge orange but a lot more black than anything. Juvenile blacks will have orange then turn all black except for around the mouth when they grow older. Yours seems very orange but just a bit of black ocellaris in him, thats why he would be slowly turning darker.

Don't worry-that happened to two of mine too. I think that they must be a funny mix that the store didn't tell me about-long story short, they're both happy and healthy and after a while they turn almost all black. I think it looks kind of cool.
