osmo question

Roger,

How would I go about getting my OSMO looked at.
The green light comes on and off like its losing power.
I even replaced the 12v adaptor to make sure it was not the powercord.

I can wiggle the cord and it will indeed go on and off like there is a loose connection inside the unit itself.

Please advise.

I am in San Antonio.

Just mail it to me. I am sorry but I don't take visitors. You could also drop it off at AquaTek and I could pick it up their.

Roger,

I will be in Austin on the 31st.
I will leave it at Aquatek.
I will box it up and leave it with Store personel.
I will also repost when it is delivered.

Thanks for the help.
I will leave me address and details with them on the box.

Regards,
Mike

are you refering to the green light that indicates "Level" water level ?

Mine flickers on and off ocassionally. I notice it does this when the water is getting low usually before the pump tops up the water level.

I attributed this to the sensor not making contact with the water level due to surface agitation and the water level getting lower.

Having said this mine has worked faultlessly for 6months even though it has flickered like this from day one.
