Osmolator 3155 problem

Alright so my unit is only 3 months old and it appears that the pump went so tunze sent me a new one, but now it appears the pump comes on but it doesn't actually pump any water(it just makes noise) and than for some reason the controller randomly thinks that the water is level, even though it clearly isn't I have been playing with it but just can't figure this one out. I love this ato and I wish it would work again

Have you tried tipping the pump upside down? It could be airlocked and tipping it upside down while submerged will get the air out so it can run.

The random "level" indication is likely due to minerals on the sensor, this usually takes 6-12 months to be an issue but can happen quickly if kalk or buffer or 2 part is added near the sensor. Soaking it in vinegar for a couple hours and wiping with a soft towel will solve that.

Happened to me this morning. I started to add kalk to the ATO a few weeks ago. I check the tank before I leave for work every morning and was shocked to see the level in the return low. After inspecting everything the sensor was blocked. Cleaned it and is now working like it should. I have to remember to clean the sensor once a month now.
