Osmolator and 6100 questions

I have talked to you before about an alarm issue with my osmolator. I guess the timer is bad or something because it does not reliably run for 10 minutes before the low level alarm goes off. Sometimes it does not go for 10 seconds before it goes off. Anyway, I was wanting to send it in, it is still under warrenty, but I lost your address. Should I send in the pump too, or just the controller? Thanks.

Also I was cleaning one of my 6100's, and when I went to put it back together I could not get the bearing disc to snap back onto the impeller housing. The other one went right on but this one feels like it is meeting resistance or just won't 'click'. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Do you mean the bush bearing or upper bearing or the black piece on the prop shaft?

the tunze websight refers to it as the bearing shell (part 3c). It is round and flat and has two slits in it. It is the first thing down from the propeller. It is the outermost part that goes on the drive shaft and is visable when it is assembled.
