osmolator doesn't pump

I've had your osmolater for over two years and it has worked very well until now.

Recently, when the water level drops below the sensor the pump doesn't start. When the water level drops, the green light on the unit will turn off but the yellow light doesn't turn on and the pump doesn't start. After a while the red light on the unit will turn on. When I manually fill the water to the level it should be, the green light will turn on again.
