Osmolator Nano not working

I recently bought a osmolator nano and it doesn't seem to be working. When I move the float switch up and down I can hear a click from the controller but the pump does not turn on. I purchased a new pump but that has not solved the problem either. I hooked the pump directly to DC and it runs just fine. Any thoughts?

You can also measure the power output from the controller where you hook the wires from the pump to. Check to see if there is any output from those....

However, from what you described, it looks like the controller is the issue....Did you buy it new?

No, it was used. Looks like I will be sending it in.

Sent this in to Tunze, fixed and sent back extremely quickly. I know what kind of ATO my other tank is getting, TUNZE.
