Osmolator not Beeping

I have Osmolator that up to this day has been working great. I was going through a general check of things in the sump, and decided to see if the float switch still worked on the Osmo. I pulled it up manually and heard the relay click and saw the red light turn on the display. My problem is that the audio portion was not sounding!! I do not have it turned off and it just worked 4 days ago (I hit the power stip switch by accident and the return lines from the tank filled the sump and clicked the magnetic float switch and I heard it going off).

Any ideas on what could have happened to the audio portion?? Everything else on it seems to be dead on. The water level stays perfectly constant.

Ok I will open it up tonight and see. The display has been laying on its side until I get the rest of my stand built so maybe that caused it it fall.

I just took it apart and everything was fine inside. The jumper did not fall off. (I kinda thought it would be unlikely to). I placed the jumper on the other setting and then lifted the magnetic float switch. It beeped once and then the only thing audible was the relay from the box. I then moved the jumper back to the audio option and tried the float switch one more time. Like before the relay clicked indicating the circuit was closing but no beep. It finally gave me the audio alarm after 4 tries. Its working now for the mean time.

It sounds like either the transformer is weak or the speaker is dead. You might try stepping the transformer up to 12V. Otherwise I could change the speaker.
