The optical senser is not working. When i turn it on, pumps from the startup and then says water is level when its not. Gave the senser a vinegar bath but still doesnt work properly.
The optic sensor can be replaced but this generally requires sending it in as the part is soldered to the board. How old is it and what country are you in?
