Osmolator Optic sensor does not work, one year using it

Hi :

I got this system on 2011 (1 extra pump also), last year finally I got my reef thank and I start to use this osmolator.

Today I got home and I realize that water level on my sump it is 2 inches low, the optic sensor it is not working at all. Next week my tank will be one year old.

Green light show level, pump start every time I disconnect and reconnect the power plug for 10-15 sec as usual.

Optic sensor does not recognize upper or lower level.

I cleaned but nothing. No bubbles.


Need and advice…. how can I get a new sensor?

The System show a perpetual green LED and no fill when level goes down.

Please, it is the only top off I have. I don't want to lose U$200
