I had red blinking light this morning. Unplugged the osmolator to reset it and none of the leds would light up. If I wait long enough, the blinking red led will eventually come back. Any ideas?
Try disconnecting the pump, check the pump connection for any water or salt damage. See if it runs normally in terms of controller lights when the pump is removed.
Disconnected the pump. The green led illuminates just fine. But when the water level is low, the yellow led that signals for the pump to come on is really dim. I could barely tell it was illuminated.
It sounds like the pump is dead or the wiring from the controller or pump connector is very corroded, this may have damaged the PTC which is essentially a pump kill switch if the pump is shorted or using too much current. Send it in and include your pump and power supply as well as a note about the problem with return address and phone number-
