I'm having a problem with my osmolator. The eye is no longer working and the light is always green. I have tried to clean the light with vinegar (had this happen before and that fixed it). The weird thing is, when I hold it up to the light, the amber light comes on. Any ideas?
It is an infrared LED system but it is on 24/7, they should last 5-6 years but some last 7-8 some only last about 4. It is not that a big a deal to change, it costs about $55 to replace it if you send it in, that includes return shipping.
