osmolator problems

I have an osmolator that has been up and running for roughly 2 months. Just recently, it has started overfilling. I cleaned the sensor and made sure that a siphon was not occurring. I suppose a bubble could have adhered to the sensor but that part of my sump does not have too many bubbles. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I would soak the sensor in vinegar, any calcium or salt crust will cause this problem. Soak it for 2-4 hours in straight vinegar and then just wipe it off with a soft towel, do not scrub it as any scratches can ruin the sensor. If you see it foam or bubble in the vinegar, this is almost certainly the cause and if so I would move the point at which you dose calcium supplements away from the sensor.
