Osmolator pump has stopped working

The pump on my osmolator has stopped working. The yellow "pump on" light comes on but the pump never actually comes on. I checked the voltage going to the pump and it is getting just under 12 volts.

Any ideas?

they burn out. cheap to replace. you can also try cleaning it.

Try turning it upside down and shaking it to release any air bubbles. Air always stalls mine, just like any impellar.

I have already tried shaking the air out of it.

Roger, do you have any ideas? Where can I get another pump?

I ordered one from Marine Depot.

I bought my Osmolator last August so it isn't even a year old.
