Osmolator pump issues

i have been using my osmolator for just over a year. I unplugged it today for a water change and when I plugged it back in, I can't seem to get it to work again. When I plug it back in, I get the beep that I normally hear at first. Usually the pump activates a few seconds regardless of the water level but now it doesn't do anything.

The pump seems makes a faint buzzing noise but doesn't pump anything. And then a second later I hear the beep again. It just keeps repeating this pattern. I think the pump is broken or jammed.

Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't persoanlly but I have heard that Tunze customer service is great to deal with. I've seen if the pump is bad you can just get a replacement pretty cheap.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I assume it's the pump that's broken but I hate to shell out because the thing was really expensive to begin with and I think it may still be under warrantee.

The date code is 6 digits under the CE mark on the silver tag on the white pump cord, year and month.
