Osmolator question for Roger

Hey Roger,
If I send my osmolator to you would you take a look at it for me? it seems the sensor isn't working? When the water drops below the sensor it doesn't cut the pump on. Not sure what might be wrong. I know the control never got wet, it's outside the stand and covered. Any help would be much appreciated!

Roger thanks for the speedy service! You are the reason I buy tunze any time its available. yalls customer service is second to no one! Did the whole unit need to be replaced?

btw people. i sent my item monday aftertnoon and received it back thursday morning!!!

The controller was repairable, but for the sake of speed we replaced it. It needed a new optic sensor and recalibration, the recalibration takes time so I generally do them on a slow day as a batch.
