Osmolator question

My green "level" LED is blinking. What does this mean?
Unfortunately I can't find anything in the manual.
Water level is still OK

This means that it is "waiting" until the sensor is dry for 5 seconds. It is likely just at the threshold of starting a top off and a small surface disturbance stops it before it starts the pump so it starts the 5 second count down (blinking) and then this is reset and starts again.

I was afraid that I have to replace the sensor.

Sensor problems are pretty rare and tend to be limited to units from mid 2011. We introduced a new sensor at that time and it had some issues and while the sensor is similar today, all the bugs were worked out and Osmolators don't ship until they have had 3 quality checks, all 3 focus on the sensor function.
