Osmolator sensor not workin

Have an osmolator, about two months old. Suddenly low level sensor has stopped giving any signals. Top sensor works fine, pump is good - when you turn it on it pumps for a few seconds then stops even if water level is too low. Is it possible to replace just the sensor?

It is, but you should first soak it in vinegar as a film of minerals or algae could stop it from working. Changing the sensor is not DIY so you would need to send it to the distributor.
