Osmolator troubles

...I had it all of 8 hours :(

Fedexed overnight so that I could set it up before vacation.

The cats got into the cabinet under my tank and dumped the reservoir for the osmolator. The controller got wet but it wasn't connected to power at the time so I thought I might have gotten away with it.

I took it out and let it dry out. When I plug it in now, the "too high" red light comes on solid, the "too low" red light somes on flashing and the alarm sounds.

On the plus side, it was easy to install and worked great right out of the gates - will be getting tha calcium add-on in the near future.

So, how much is another contoller going to set me back?

I am sorry but I cant help you on this. I strictly handle the service and sales of the US market. You would need to contact Phil Gilbert of Xenia to see what he can do for you in this matter. He is the distributor for Canada. The controller only lists for about $130 US.
