osmolator universal 3155 issue

hi, my osmolator universal 3155 stop working recently. When connected pump indicator flashes in unison with the level indicator. I don't hear the pump working what so ever either. What should I try first????

How old is it? Will it flash the same way if you disconnect the pump?

just a couple of months since i bought it. I'll try disconnecting the pump and post what happens.

If it works normally when the pump is removed, then either the connector got wet and is corroded or the pump is dead. If it does not, then the controller is the problem.

disconnected pump and controller works fine. connect the pump and it start flashing again. cables don't seem corroded, that means the pump is dead?

Contact Tunze and got a new replacement. Glad a spend the extra money for quality. Thanks Roger and Tunze!
