Osmollator 3155 not turning pump on

The eye seems to be working fine. It detects the water levels correctly it just doesn't turn the pump on anymore. Not sure if it is most likely the pump or the controller.

Almost surely just the pump, it is very rare that that type of issue would be the controller.

I just installed my new pump and it is still not working. The light barely flickers when I plug it in. The contacts look good and clean and I made sure the connector is making a good connection. This is really bad timing since I am headed out of town for 4 days starting next Thurs. I'm guessing it is the controller?

After looking into it more it appears that it is just not detecting low water. The green comes on when it's level and the alarm sounds when it's too high. The red light does not come on when it's too low now.

I have seen this before, the pump and controller are bad, a bad pump caused an overload which caused a transistor to fail so the pump operation circuitry is damaged. How old is it? We have time, I am only 2 days away in Austin.

Mike? It looks like we changed the power supply, it had some corrosion. I will send a PM.
