I have three 19" tube type monitors free to good home. All are working great with no screen burns, I upgraded to flat screens. One is a Viewsonic, one is a Samsung, and I don't remember the brand of the other. If interested please let me know ASAP as if they aren't taken soon I will give them to some people at work.

The Monitors are really 17" (Stupid Mistake)

Sorry, I measured the monitors and they are really 17" not 19" monitors. A couple of people have asked for them but I have PM'ed them back advising of my stupid mistake. In any case let me know if your want one of the "smaller" monitors.

Is the viewable area 17" or 15"? If it's the viewable area is 17" on a CRT, then it is technically a 19" monitor. If the viewable is around 15" then it's technically a 17" CRT.

On LCD - a 15" LCD has 15" viewable area.

Hi Minh, I remember all the media publicity a few years ago about screen size. I measured the screens and the viewable area is in the neighborhood of 16" measured on the diagonal.
