Dont beleive the hype
Because I respect your prowess as a research scientist, please explain your position.

........this is going the way of the Michael Moore post about "Sicko"

I too would be interested in hearing an educated opposing view, given current politics. Especially since George W. Bush acknowledges (apparently) global warming--because he was on the news today acknowledging global warning, but arguing for policies on reductions in greenhouse gases that wouldn't stifle economies.

blockbuster have it?
That's where I rented it from--go grab it!!

Global warming is not a political issue, it's a moral issue!! Open your eyes! I was already doing the little things BEFORE I saw the movie. I changed my light bulbs to flourescents, I recycle, try to not drive gas hogs (although they still seem to be), I traded in my gas weed eater for a rechargeable one, etc. etc.. I just ask that people open their eyes and minds a bit and realize what's going on. Please leave politics and religion out of it--that's when threads get out of hand, and I didn't start this thread for that to happen, just wanted to spread the word of this award winning film, that we all can learn from.
