It was pretty good. A professor whose lab I worked in for 2yrs during college was a creative consultant for the film. Some of Sigourney Weaver's lines reminded me of working transects with her grad students back in the day. That this was probably an allegory for how some wish things had turned out with the Native Americans (or fill in the blank other minority group that the U.S. has waged war against) kind drug things down. But a lack of such political undertones is asking way too much of mainstream hollywood. Cool graphics, tolerable acting, very creative vision of an alternate world.

Same here I'm planning on watching it again it was a good movie graphics where amazing but overall a great movie if you haven't seen it your missing out! Don't ask why it's so good just go watch it! Lol

Best movie of 2009 hands down! We paid $13 each for the 3D show.

The movie was pretty awesome, the animation was amazing, the story was like any other movie, but the action and animation made me forget the love story. But the glasses kept bugging me so it was a bit uncomfortable at time. First time i've seen a 3d movie since Captain EO (which returns to Disneyland this year BTW).
