OT: Baby #2 on it's way!!

Well I've been trying to get my 420 gal DT up and going while trying to correlate the timing of activities with the arrival of the new baby. My wife is overdue and we were planning to be induced tomorrow, but the baby has decided that now is a better time!! No sleep tonight I guess. I'll post pics as soon as soon as this little bugger enters the world.

No kidding!! I bet my wife thinks otherwise at the moment. No epidural yet. Nice warm bath then comes the epidural. It's nice being a nurse here so I know who to talk to and know how to get things done when and how it should be done.

And I kind of want to know what the use the crock pot for in the birthing process... LOL!

LOL!! Way too funny!! Four and a half years ago when my first daughter was born we wondered the same thing but forgot to ask. That very same crockpot is still there in the same room our first daughter was born in. I had to ask this time!! It's apparently used to warm washcloths for soothing the perineum during and after birth and also used for heating up aromatherapy products. I was hoping we were going to have beer brats and it was going to be like a tailgate party!!

I have a pic of my first daugter on the same scale in the same spot. I'll see if I can round it up. I'm sure it has the crockpot in it also.

Mike gets a gold star for attention to detail. LOL!!

Julie thought the barrel roll effect with the three reeflo hammerheads on OM 4-ways was just the right touch. The 4 stealth heaters weren't doing the trick so we lowered the halides a bit. There's nothing like pushing through contractions and tanning at the same time. Wonder how long the tank will need to cycle after the addition of all that amniotic fluid???? LOL!!!

Thanks everyone!! If I'm not on the forums much over the next few months you'll know why. I did find the pic of my first daughter on the scale and yes there is a crockpot in that pic too!!
