Well, 75% of boxing is training......but it is moslty shadow boxing (boxing yourself and a mirror), excersizing, working with speed-bags, and punching bags, and reflex workouts.... toning your reflexes is important, you would most likely have a trainer, it would probably be one for the whole gym. ALot of "boxing" byms in the area including orlando are more for people who want to ersue it for a career... and that was not what i wanted to do it for. I went o Joses Boxing Gym off of OBT. Great place, but it was small and the owner left, and it was only one guy there, so we left the place. But like i said, check out some gyms in yoru area, like all out gyms, PF gyms,World Gym, Golds Gym, even LA fitness may have some classes. But if you really want to do it (for fun even) you have to be willing to work, it is not an easy sport, but it is fun and the training for the ring also hones your skills and viewsof how to react to everyday occurances.
