OT: Christmas spirit?

Today i witnessed the true spirit that is christmas. I had to make a trip to the mall in Sanford Florida today, and i witnessed an event that was sad, scarey, and hilarious at the same time. For the story we will call the people involved truck A and truck B.

While sitting in 4 lane wide bumper to bumper traffic today minding my own bussiness lol. I saw an unbelievable sight, Truck A had gotten in the wrong lane which was a turn only lane, and needed over. He had his signal on and was holding up traffic trying to get over. Truck B was in the lane he needed, and either didn't see truck A's signal, or just didn't care. Truck B pulled up and blocked truck A from his last shot at not ending up on the highway to nowhere fast lol. This is where it got interesting lol. Truck A got just a bit upset at truck B for blocking his last chance, when Truck A decided to turn his wheel straight at truck B and floor it. Truck A slammed into truck B and ran all the way down the side of truck B, ripping both trucks a new body style and removing both truck's mirrors. Truck A then proceeded on as if he hadn't just totaled both trucks lol. Truck B darted up and tried to cut off truck A. Truck A already having done it once decided to ram right into truck B yet again, and then tried to drive on again as if nothing had happened. This is when truck B decided his truck was trash at this point anyway and rammed truck A and just kept on pushing him from the side until he had him pinned up against a semi trailer. My light then turned green and i decided that gunfire may be next, so i drove on. As i looked in my mirror, Truck B's driver was climbing trough truck A's widow. Lord only knows where it all went from there lol.

These were both almost new trucks, i would say 2003 or newer full size very nice trucks. All over a lane change and a little holliday stress, they completely totaled 50 thousand dollars worth of vehicles lol. I'm sure atleast one of them will be spending christmas in a warm cozy jail cell.

I thought i had seen some crazy stuff, but i think this one wins the stupid for life award lol.

LOL.... that is crazy. How do you explain something like that when the cops show up or when your wife or kids ask what happened? Some people these days...

The sad part is, Florida is a no-fault insurance state. That means NO MATTER what happens, or who is at fault, everyone pays for thier own damages. You can be a passenger in someone elses car, and be in an accident, and if you get hurt, you have to file a claim on your own insurance even though your car was parked safely at home.

Ouch.... since it happened in Florida I don't know why the driver of Truck A didn't shoot the driver of Truck B since he had to feel like he was in danger. Florida has some crazy laws...

I don't think that was an ACCIDENT. That was assault with a deadly weapon. I really doubt the guys insurance company will cover his truck if they hear the true story.

When I see crap like that go down, I leave my number with the good guys.

Nope it was no accident for sure, but i had the wife and kid in the car, so all i left behind was a view of my taillights. There were a few hundred other witnesses there to tell the story to the popo. I have never been much of a looky loo. This all happened within 15 feet of my car, so i was just glad to get home without an insurance claim of my own.
