OT: Daylight savings time

I can't believe it is that time again. I remember reading about daylight savings time being extended to help on energy consumption. Could moving the clock forward really make that much of a difference with energy consumption?

It's "daylight saving time". No (s). I can't believe it's that time again, either. My how time flies! LOL!
