OT-does anyone have a nice BB gun

I am looking to borrow a bb gun that is capable is shooting a pretty powerful pellet(not BB) at some squirrels that are gnawing on my soffit. I could take the Mossberg to them but I would blow a hole in my gutter and I would get arrested by the STL police. I have tried the traps with bait but they wont bite. I just want to hurt them enough that they die a slow death in someones yard and dont come back to mine. That is why I want the pellets-a BB can heal over. I was thinking about poison but there are too many pets around. I will only have it for the weekend-TIA
 
I cant fire that in the city limits-I have one as well. I just need one that wont make sound-now if you had a silencer on that 22 that would be a different story, but that would be WAY against the law

I've got a great pellet rifle with optical sight that I can certify as a excellent choice for troublesome squirrels. I'll be home Sunday.

Check out Walmart I think for a pellet rifle you can get one between 45 and 65 dollars. This is by far one of the better threads.
 
I got mine for 45-50 bucks. THIS THING ROCKS! I have no of the tree rats left in my yard. When more appear I will sit it back out and send them to death row. The price is very cheap to having them removed by an exterminator(sp) $400-1000 or the gas I would use driving the live cought ones 20 miles from my house. I got this because it was the "best method for removel" on the advice from one of the exterminators. I did not know this-but he told me that they will starve from stress when they are taken out of their environment-by using the live traps and moving them, and that this was more humane. Anyhoo I dont care anymore because they are gone. Like I said before if someone wants to borrow it they are more than welcome!
 
How do you use that on squirrels? I have paid twice now to have exterminators come and deal with these rodents from h%ll and while I enjoy throwing away close to a thousand dollars as much as the next guy I'm quite ready to try something else. My problem is squirrels that chew their way through right where the roof and soffit come together. They have found this great little spot right above my bed so I can then hear the little b@*%^%s making noise scratching and clawing seemingly right above my head AAAaaaagggghhhhh!
 
you just take a soda bottle cap and fill it with peanut butter and place it in the back of the trap, turn the trap on and place it where you think they will check it out. If they smell the PB they will enter the trap and if they remain in there for more than 3 seconds they get fried. From what I have read you must spray that area that they are entering(after you seal it up) with coyote ****, yes they sell it, or a product called bird be gone. I bought this instead of the dog ****-ha! It is almost like a mace in a gell form, if they step in it it will burn the SH*& out of their skin. Once they step in it they will remember and wont return. Let me know if you want to play with the trap and I do have a tube of the bird be gone left
 
you can also pour straight ammonia around the areas they like to hang out---i pour it on the trash cans to keep them out. they smell it and assume its urine from a predator so they stay away---at least until they catch on to it
