Yes! Felt on second floor at work in Rochester near downtown. Our corporate office in Buffalo felt it too.

I felt it. Our building makes sounds and vibrates when machines turn on so I didn't really think anything of it.

its different from a vibration. Its hard to explain but it makes you feel "Light Headed" because movement is side to side.
