We bought this for when we lived in Florida, it was part of our Hurricane Relief Kit (which also included a generator). We used it once to test it out. The great feature on this is that you can hook it up to any window in any room. You don't need a to screw anything into the window,like the window-mounted ones do. Asking $400 picked up.
