I used to administer it for cash on the side. What do you want to know? A general "I need help" doesn't help, honestly. It's a standard 4 part proficiency test. Are you comfortable with standardized tests? Some people are, some aren't. Are you comfortable with your command of language? Reading / writing / listening? If not to any of those, then I'd suggest finding some free study examples online, and treating those as if they were the actual test. Sit down, take the time, and check your answer. See how you do, and from those results see what areas you may need to study in.

I found testing facility in the area and I will be going there later today to see if they have prep. course or whatever I need to pass. Looks like it's going to interfere with my RC trolling

I'd add that if you're someone who can study well by themselves, good study guides / books can be had for ~20 bones at Barnes' Noble. From your posting, I'd imagine writing and interview part won't be difficult for you. I don't know if you read / interpret well, but it would seem you have no problem there either. Google 'IELTS preparation' and check some samples out and take it from there. Good luck on the test.
