In-A-Gadda-Divita!
Just got a 1997 4.0L TJ Jeep, looking for the best online/local parts places, forums and Jeep people.

Thanks!

AZVJC. Arizona virtual jeep club. Great people and lots of info. Also the have a forum that organizes jeep outings. Great club. Good choice on the jeep by the way. I had a 98 TJ and I kick myself all the time for selling it

I used to be a jeeper.

had a 82 cj-7 1 ton axles 40 inch tires.

as rtartag said, virtualjeepclub.com

as for parts. depending on what your looking for

desertfab.com <---- lift kits, gears, body armor, etc. down the street from you.

Awesome, thanks!

Just registered with AZVJC!
I have done $2600 in repairs to my F150 in the last 10 months and the the compressor went out last week just in time for summer... Done spending $$$$ on that Ford!

Got $3k trade in for the ford and always wanted a Jeep, now I have one.
It needs bigger tires, but the tires on there now are new, so will probably wait. Looking for a soft top as it did not come with one.

I'm dieing to go climb a mountain :)

Not a Jeep. Absolutely not capable of offroading, but if you see me on the highway in your Jeep please don't flatten me :P

I like the Smart cars! Almost bought one 6 years ago, but bought a C3 Vette instead:hmm3: I only harass smart cars when I'm in my C3 because I get 8-10 MPG and you get like 100 MPG....haha

Phil, I used to go wheeling all the time.

where do you want to go?

I haven't been wheeling in years since I had my GMC in the 80's.
Do you still have a Jeep Adam? If not, we'll take mine. Where are some good places to break it in, but not break it?

Everyone tells me to drop a motorcycle engine in it :P haha, it's a lease, but I plan on purchasing a new electric version when the lease is up

The Apache Trail to Roosevelt Lake would be a fun drive in a Jeep. I've drove my monte carlo through there a few times but a jeep would be a more appropriate vehicle.

Use to drive a 93' YJ, miss that truck everyday! It was my first vehicle in high school, had a 4in. lift when I got it, decided to put the springs on top of the axles and got another 4". At that point the truck drove like complete crap, would vibrate all crazy on the highway because the driveshaft yoke was holding on by about an inch of thread. Did sway bar disconnects and let me tell you, that thing could flex. I was always more into rock crawling than trail riding tho. That 4.0L in 4Low was a torquey mother!
