Is it Just me or does this seem kinda wrong...

Why is it wrong? This is great for young children to learn about raisng an animal. This is nothing like the new fad in China of live fish/turtles in a sealed bag to be worn like a charm bracelet/necklace. Now that is wrong. These fish have the chance of living for a long period of time.

I guess its just the tiny bowls maybe if it was a good sized tank but from what i read it says *They are ok to live in the bowl if the guide is followed* those are some decent sized fish in that small bowl

That kit gets you started and yes I agree with the bowl not being a great sized thing long term but that is where even more knowledge is learned as they upgrade. Keep in mind this is ment to be kept as freshwater and Mollies are very tollerable of various water conditions.

Killifish hatch in small pools fed by rainwater so a bowl isn't too much different. They hatch, grow quickly, lay eggs, and die when the pool evaporates. This doesn't seem too much different from their "life" in the wild.

My concern is you have to upgrade to the deluxe kit to get the fish bowl. I guess fish in the basic kit just have to live on the table top.
