OT: LA Fitness in Monroeville

I just joined there about a week ago, and was curious if anyone else works out there? That place is massive! So much nicer than the Bally's Total Fitness in Ohio that I used to work out at.

I been there since they opened great gym one of several I belong to. Do you lift or do more cardio?

Yeah, I couldn't believe how much they packed in there. I guess when it was a store, I never realized how large of a space it was.

Right now I'm into lifting, and trying to get back to my "playing weight" from college.

I have 3 coworkers or spouses whos cars were broken into over the last 6 months in the parking lot while working out there.

That stinks. I hadn't heard anything like that. I don't keep anything valuable in my car anyway... or at least not anything I couldn't replace rather inexpensively. Thanks for the tip though.

i was thinking of joining there, was going to stop after i was done with work on my way home from work. what time do they open?

If you stop in ask for DJ he is a good friend of mine and will really help you out and answer question and get you a nice deal. I have some free passes to the gym as well if you want one let me know

Here's the hours:

Mon - Thur: 5am - Midnight
Fri: 5am - 10pm
Sat - Sun: 8am - 8pm
