OT my gecko

I have a gecko.
i tried to take pics of him.
i don't have a good camera or a computer to edit with. so enjoy the unedited photos.

Cute little guy, quick question for you though. Is his nose starting to peel? I see the scales are looking a little white.

I've only had snakes, never a lizard, pretty neat when they start to shed. I used to keep my snakes whole piece of shed scales/skin then realize it was gross and stopped

hehe i have snakes, and lizards, and frogs, and tortoises, and everything else over here.

I dont know if he is about to shed, maybe.

i keep my snakes sheds when they come out perfect. i just shove them in a shoe box, its nasty, but people think its cool to compare the baby sheds to the huge adult ones! Currently i have a baby rainbow boa and an adult spotted python.

i took that the first day i got her. i need a good shot.

cool pattern on that guys head. Never seen one with range like that. Then again I haven't seen many at all! There are some free editing programs that you could download to use. I am unsure of the names but hopefully someone else will chime in.

That is a pretty boa too. I have a red tail boa, it was a great pet but it got too big for me, topped out at 6ft and started being more of a pain to keep than it was worth, so I gave her to a good friend who wanted to use her for breeding with his male.

Last I heard they had about 10 baby boas for sale

nice, red tails are waaaaay too common now, they are like ball pythons. i like something that isn't so run of the mill. but there are some morphs of red tails that are just superb!

Check out "The GIMP," it's a free open source photoshop clone. Not as powerful, but it is quite good.

Yeah I use Gimp too and it is pretty powerful for a free program.
