That is way cool. Opening a restaurant soon?

Nope. I'm not that crazy :D

You already knew I was getting this but I'm not allowed to talk to you anymore now that you're part of the gestapo

That is just.............amazing. Can you pm me where you got that and (gulp) price as it has some of the best workmanship I have seen.

I'm telling! :D

See now it won't be as hard to convince me and the wife to be there LOL.

Thing looks freaking sweet dude can't wait to taste something cooked off it!

Sweet.

Now all you have to do is find a cow and coax her to hop in there. Should have no problem smoking it in one piece...

PM Sent. I researched for about 4 months on EVERY pit builder in the states (including canada and mexico) and there are only 2 others that can even compete. This company simply had the customer service and drive to keep me.

Gonna take some getting used to but even a "not that happy with it" is still fine with me. Good beer. Food. Company.

You're almost set up for a run at Memphis in May Justin! Hope you've been working on a sauce.

I'll be able to tell everyone that I remember you when you were a nobody.:D

Us Southerners know how to make a smoker and we take it seriously. hehehe

Absolutely awesome setup...all it needs now is a Hemi. :D

Where in Texas was it made?

It's somewhere about 4,400 square inches or roughly 30 square feet of cooking space. But this should be a rough idea. Total length with firebox door open is 11' long and 7' 4" tall

Seventy-two slabs of ribs (Two and down St. Louis Style Ribs, with use of rib racks with three slabs per rack)
or
Thirty 10-12 pound whole briskets
or
Thirty-two 8 pound Boston butts
or
Fifty-four whole chickens
