OT Paypal accounts

Just curious about something, I am about to put the mrc skimmer on the large fs forum but need a way to recieve payments. I looked at the paypal account and I only am able to recieve 500 per month. I would like to charge shipping but that would put me over 500. Do I need to upgrade to the premeir account to make this work and will it cost anything.

I don't recall exactly but I think a premier account is free. I think the difference is that you have to verify with Paypal that you have an active checking account. They'll make two small deposits for like $1 and then you have to verify the deposited amount to Paypal.
