Its a little more complicated than that .

I have a AT&T merlin System 3 lines three phone numbers

I need this removed and normal phone lines ran that can handle 3 phone numbers on one line I also need 4 phones that have 3 line capability with hold .

Or something like that .

All I can tell you is its a model 410

and the phone jacks into the phones that I can't find anymore look like ethernet jacks

I have know idea what your saying Chelsey sorry

I have phones that are haunted and come on to speaker mode all by themselves and if I try to call out I have to press on a different line and them go back to the first line to make a call out .

are you going with a different system or just normal telephones


depending on how it is wired(but never know) all you should need to do is repunch down on the block (that means move the wires around to the new style you want)

I am hoping to run a normal phone line that can support three phone numbers . I'm not sure but I think I will have to run all new phone line in the building and get new phones . I'm not sure how to convert the three normal lines coming into the building into one line running through the building without a phone system or if its even possible .

I think I'm trying to down grade to simple as possible and still keep 3 numbers

I'm not real good at electrical or phone lines so simple terms are best . I may have to pay someone on this one . Time and knowledge on this issue isn't something I much of .
