I will have to look. I just noticed a spot in the spare bedroom. Could be old and bleeding through, but with the rain we've had lately, I am thinking leak.
I have used Ferguson roofing 2x in the last year. Both times they were cheap and got the job done. 2 completly separate incidents... Stupid high winds....
Reger Roofing did our roof two years ago and my neighbor's roof about 7 years ago. They were reasonable and did a great job. Jim is the man at Reger to speak with if you are interested.
Thanks guys! I got my brother-in-law here tomorrow for a week. After that I will hit it hard on the roofing issue. I will get estimates from both of these.
