I'm a big fan of a few news sites where users rate content to determine whats up there. This one got a lot of votes

It gives good reasons why you should drink more water, quit smoking, and add more vegetables to your diet. I know this is something any parent or good friend would harp to you about, but the environmental impact of doing so is actually impressive. Heck, just drinking more water this summer is nice with this heat!

Congrats!!!!.. now make sure its another week, and a week after that and so on and so forth and you'll be golden!

I just went for a complete checkup a few weeks ago' My doctor was harping on me quiting smoking when i told her i have been smoking over a pack a day for 30 years, until she listened to my perfect sounding lungs and told me " I guees i'll just shut the %^$# up then lol.

As far as eating more veggies, What do cows eat? Grass, corn, and nothing but other veggies. They are the perfect source for all the veggies you could ever need.

I will agree we should all drink more water as long as it isn't treated with the toms of chemicals at a city water treatment plant.

The point in the article was that it takes something like 7 lbs of grain to produce 1 pound of meat. That's a huge ratio. Eating a vegetarian dish once a week in every household would put a small dent into the amount of meat needed to produce, thus grains, thus fuel costs and everything involved in the process that makes everything more expensive. Heck I'm buying organic stuff now since some of it is really on par with the prices of normal stuffs that has gone up in price.

I also had the most delicious peach for dessert tonight they're on sale at publix for like 1.29 a lb. My goal is to eat more fruits not just veggies :)
