OT Solar panels, anyone ever make one?

You read a bunch on line that these are not to hard to make, well has anyone done this?

I took a class last semester on photovoltaics, Mark. We did a lot with them, but didn't actually construct one. Do you mean actually making the panel, or putting together an array?
