OT - Sushi Class

Crate Cooking School has another sushi making class listed in their Spring/Summer 2009 catalog of courses. The class is Monday, May 18th from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Henry Dewey of Penn Avenue Fish Company and Jonny Han of Tai Pai Taiwan are the teachers. Crate is at:

I figure since a majority of us go out for sushi after every meeting, a number of people meet be interested in this class. If there is enough interest, we might be able to work out an all PMASI class, since they only instruct 18 people at a time.
 
Im in, and I doubt anyone can keep a yellowfin tuna or snapper in our tank. Dont see too many tangs on the menu.

I am also interested depending on the cost.
 
They also send you home with some stuff: samples of rice, wasabi, ginger, and a rolling mat, if I recall correctly.
