Any place to locally recycle vegetable oil??? I have 3 Gallons left over from turkey frying adventures that I need to dispose of

Call up one of the fast food joints that uses deep fryers and they might let you add it to their disposal. I'm sure that some sort of waste management business comes and picks their's up.....
