My buddy that does the tat's has a contract with the USMC. He goes to Hawaii twice a year to tat the new guys. His contract is for 10 years. They fly him out and pay all expenses so he's def. not a hack.

Okayz... Here's the plan. I bake a cheesecake or two... show up and eat some food while watching the artist do his thing... feel comfy with the sitchyation... pull out a preprinted rendition of predetermined tattoo that is going in predetermined location... sit through the pain... and then celebrate with a drink. Worse case scenario I chicken out and still get to enjoy good food and good people.

That's the key bringing a pic of what you want.. He can draw like a SOB and the detail he does is second to none. If you chicken out hey I got cheesecake.......

Mel, has been to my home a few times has met my wife and kids not to mention the watch dog(LOL) and I would hope at this time she would be comfy hanging out with us...
Not to mention you throw in some good BBQ and Brew you got the good makins for a damn good party.....

Oh yayus... def comfy with hanging out with yous. "comfy with the sitchyation" was more referring to the tattoo pain aspect. I don't know why I let it get me all worked up. For cryin' out loud if I can handle my jaw getting wired shut I should be able to handle a stinkin' tattoo. lmao

seriously...it does only last for the first few minutes...then the endorphins kick in and if you have people around to distract you? (seven peeps in the tatt parlor with me...all laughing and having a good time) AWESOME! Ok, Henry...deal. My guy is moving to Chicago, so i'll save the tatt for yours.

Don't obviously have it yet but a variation of this is what I want sorta banded across my upper right arm.
With a little one of these tossed in somewhere...
Then... if I survive that? Something similar and complementary across upper left arm someday.

Tramp stamp w/ whale tail is a great combo!
As long as there is no muffin top!-Now don't get me wrong -a lil muffin top is fine as a matter of fact I... oh wait wrong forum! LOL!
My wife has one less than stellar tat-you can see where the artist went to far into the epidermal -skin layers
But she also has some very cool ones too!

Lol... Yeah someone recently enlightened me as to what "whale tail" meant when I recently had an avatar of an actual whale tail. :lol: Is nothing sacred anymore...
