OT - Where to get Glass for coffee tables

I have a friend who just bought some new coffee tables for her house and is looking for glass, acrylic or plexiglass to put on top. All 3 tables are not flat but have an inset that would be perfect for a glass top. We have priced out options at Lowe's but it is pretty expensive.
Does anybody know where we could get either glass, plexiglass or acrylic at a reasonable price?

Here are the dimensions that she needs:
1 piece 33 3/8 x 33 3/8
2 pieces 25 3/8 x 18 1/2

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I can tell you from experience that you need to either use tempered glass or go with acrylic. Plate glass on a table is just asking for an emergency room visit. Tempered glass that size will cost more then the tables did, and acrylic will look like **** in no time.

The glass will be set into the table. The edges will be surrounded by the wood edge of the table.
I know what you mean though about it being dangerous.

I've used ACME glass to make my glass tabletops and a cover for my wood desk.

They did a good job and didn't cost too much (if I remember correctly)

One good thing about acrylic is it is light, will not shatter for safety, can be replaced easily for major damage, and can be easily buffed for most minor scratches smudges, etc.
