OT - Wheres the best Mexican restaurant?

There's "el ranchero" just north of Thomas on 68th st. that's good. In that same area, there's a market that whips us Mexican cuisine in the back room, a little sketchy most certainly, but good nonetheless.

What area of town are you in?

Po pos is really good, tamales Guadalajara is amazing in tolleson, Sinaloa in north Phoenix is awesome also. But nothing beats my in laws backyard lol

look up ritos fine mexican take out, itll be lunch only and outdoor seating only, BUT its the best mixed chimi ive ever had. anywhere.

I don't know how I missed this thread but it's a good read.

Just last week I ate at:

Los Dos Molinos (awesome, especially if you like spicy)
Carolinas (awesome, especially if you like tortillas)
Carlos O'Briens (awesome, especially if you like a decent place to sit down for a meal)

Diet started today. Well, tonight actually, as I had leftovers from O'Briens for lunch.

Carlos O'Briens.......where the tacos are so big, they come on a separate plate. Back in the 90's, they put an incredible amount of cheese on their food. It was GREAT!!! They have cut back a bit.
