Careful with your live rock and all of that live bacteria. I was changing my aqua scape and scrapped my index and thumb on one of the rocks (which I have done plenty of time with no problems). A few hours after I get the shakes, followed by a horrible fever. Next day thumb and index looked like they were going to explode. I ended up going to the ER which was a 14 hour visit. Plenty of blood work and IV'S later I get from diagnosed with Cellulitis. Given Rocephin via IV, bactrum pill abs doxycycline and prescribed cephalex and doxycycline. Needless to say I will be wearing gloves from here on out.
