Not to sure how venomous but its like getting stung by a wasp

You are very unlikely to get stung by a foxface. You would pretty much have to grab it.

Ok, I was just wondering as it was a fish I had considered. I'd heard they were venemous but wasn't sure how much so.

everyone has different reactions to that kinda stuff i got stung by my 6 in fox face and nothing really happened to me just slight stining pain but nothing to bad

Of course, if you are unlucky enough to be allergic to foxface venom ...

Mine just brushed my hand as it jumper over it as I tried to catch it. It was very painful. Wasp stings don't bother me but this thing hurt like hell and it barely touched me. It would depend on how many spines contacted you.
