What controller?
You cannot get a full configuration listing in human-readable form. You can get the programming though...
AC3/3pro: Just copy and paste the timers & programming into a text editor or word processor.
Apex: Use Reeftronics' Apex Program & Profile Lister. (http://www.reeftronics.net, on the right sidebar under Tools) Your controller must be accessible from the Internet for this to work.
An alternative for the Apex is to view the XML program listing... it isn't pretty though!
