Anyone tried and outside frag tank with a chiller?

I want to use natural sunlight to accelerate the growth.
Do you have the tank near a window or is it all artificial lighting?
Do you also have to run a heater in the winter in your garage?

That's tough. You are going to get a lot of algae outside with the sun. Not to mention heating in the winter.

It sounds more like you want to use natural sunlight to avoid buying actual lighting.

I highly doubt the sun is strong enough at our latitude to grow coral outside, not to mention the heating/cooling costs.

Thanks, I'll look, up Dave.
I have 2, 300 watt led lights in my 100 gallon.
So it's not that I need more light, just thinking natural light would be a bonus for new frags.
